State Medicare Health Plan, a Medicare Advantage plan with 9,721 members, to
MacArthur Court Acquisition Group. Tenet has sold several of its health
insurance entities amid a restructuring over the past few years, including
Phoenix Health Plan to WellCare and Allegian Health Plans to Blue Cross and
Blue Shield of Texas.
