Analysts are saying the Affordable Care Act (ACA) exchange market appears...
...to have stabilized, with premium increases looking fairly modest
for 2020 offerings. Only about a dozen states have released proposed rates so
far, with New York requesting an 8.4% increase, and Maryland a 2.9% cut (on
average). 11,178,326 people are currently enrolled in ACA exchange plans,
according to the latest update to AIS's Directory of Health Plans.
