TDI seeks comments on short-term health plan rule

The Texas Department of Insurance seeks public comments on a proposed rule related to short-term limited-duration health insurance. This rule proposal implements the disclosure requirements in Senate Bill 1852. The deadline to submit written comment is December 9, 2019. TDI also will accept comments during a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. November 15, 2019 in the Hobby Building in Austin.
