Trump: We Will Rebuild Economy

While in Arizona, he said “We’re going to build the greatest economy in the world again. I did it once. We’re going to do it again, and that’s what we’re starting. I view these last couple of days as the beginning” (Washington Times).  

There are some making dire predictions of death if states continue to end the lockdown (NY Post).  

Mollie Hemingway looks at the media attacks on South Dakota governor Kristi Noem “who has strongly encouraged social distancing measures but not used government force to accomplish public health goals” (The Federalist).  

A sheriff in Oregon is refusing to cite nonessential business, noting “we are in a free society” (Washington Times).  

A strange coronavirus related illness has hit children in some of the country’s hot spots (NY Times).
