Being "in the loop" at work had its drawbacks


Why it matters: This article about being too connected at work isn't about being always online. It's about having so many connections with colleagues that it increases the number of meetings and emails someone has to manage. Being "in the loop" on everything can make someone feel important, but it can also challenge a person's focus and threaten healthy work-life balance.
