Proof of harm is key factor in ACA case
The Republican-led states seeking to overturn the Affordable Care
Act have argued to the US Supreme Court that they suffered harm from the ACA
and therefore have legal standing to bring their case against the law.
Meanwhile, a group of states led by Democrats is arguing that the law should be
upheld, and the court is expected to issue its decision in the case by the end
of June.
