Study examines how lifestyle behaviors affect
mortality
A 10-year study of more than 20,000 people found that those who
had healthful lifestyle behaviors had a lower risk of death and that these
habits affected mortality risk more than the number of prescription medications
they were taking. The study's findings were scheduled to be presented at the
virtual annual meeting of the American Heart Association.
