rule to eliminate some fees
The
Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is proposing a rule to reduce
unnecessary fees or regulatory requirements. The proposal eliminates
some regulatory fees and would require a biographical affidavit form
for foreign insurers only on request. Visit the TDI
