election exit polls: Just 2 in 10 national voters say COVID-19 was their
biggest issue

One third of
voters who cast their ballot in the U.S. election said the economy as their
biggest concern, while two in 10 voters said COVID-19 was their biggest
concern, according to an exit poll from Edison Research, according to Reuters.
The wire service said 40% of voters think the attempts to control the pandemic
are going “very badly,” while in the battleground states of Florida and North
Carolina, 50% said the response was going “somewhat or very badly.”
