...it has entered an agreement to acquire Independent Care Health Plan (iCare), a Medicaid plan in Wisconsin. The move would add 33,626 lives to Humana's existing Medicaid business, a 5.0% boost. iCare also enrolls 8,576 Medicare-Medicaid dual eligibles. Humana has owned 50% of iCare since 1994.
