Fauci: US could return to normal by year-end

Anthony Fauci has agreed with President Joe Biden's estimates that the US could
return to normal by the end of the year, but he warns the emergence of more
contagious coronavirus variants could increase cases and affect that timeline.
Fauci said development of a vaccine for a variant first identified in South
Africa will likely take several months, but said the government is already
working with Moderna, while Pfizer is working on its own.
