The COVID-19 vaccine is being distributed and administered to
people across the U.S. in a nationwide effort to vaccinate as many as
possible as quickly as possible. Through public education campaigns, trusted
authorities like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have
underscored the safety and efficacy of the vaccines. As a result, greater and
greater numbers of Americans have become better informed about the vaccine
and are anxiously awaiting their opportunity to receive it based on a
priority-based distribution and vaccination plan.
