TDI proposal
amends Medicare supplement rule
The
Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) proposes
amendments to a rule to remove the requirement that insurers
submit their refund or credit calculations on Medicare supplement
insurance policies to TDI. The proposal instead requires that each insurer
retain those calculations and make them available upon TDI's request.
