The Native Aging in Place Project (NAPP) works to create a
sustainable infrastructure of long-term services and supports for Spirit
Lake Tribal elders by creating and implementing best practices that allow
Native American elders to live independently in their homes.
In this webinar, the presenters will discuss the NAPP's
successes and lessons learned. They will share best practices in
strengthening local capacity to deliver direct services to elders and how
the NAPP assisted in developing a sustainable model for community-based
services.
The information shared in this presentation will provide
insight on Spirit Lake Tribe's model in building a skilled provider
agency in the community to provide direct services to elders.
