This webinar will share information about the National Indian Council on Aging (NICOA) Tribal Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) National Resource Center, which seeks to make LTSS a reality for Native elders.

Learning objectives:

  • Provide an overview of the project
  • Understand the continuum-of-care concept as it relates to LTSS
  • Discuss webinar trainings and other activities based on the results of a survey of tribal leaders
