Sickle cell disease is just
one of the conditions that disproportionately impact underserved minority
communities. CVS Caremark® aims to help sickle cell
patients access appropriate medications and increase genetic trait testing.
Their plans include working with community partners to increase awareness
about HIV testing and prevention, and helping more people receive appropriate
medication for cardiovascular disease. |
