California Governor Budget Includes Healthcare for Illegal Immigrants

Gavin Newsom wants to expand medi-cal health coverage to all low-income illegal immigrants in the state (National Review).

California pays for this and more by hammering the rich. The state has the highest unemployment rate in the country (AP).
