TDI adds nonprofit ag health plans to
dispute resolution rules
TDI adopts amendments to
the rules for Out-of-Network Claim Dispute Resolution and Disclosures by
Out-of-Network Providers to include health benefit plans offered by
nonprofit agriculture organizations, as authorized by House Bill 3924, 87th
Legislature, 2021.
