5 H𝐢𝐠𝐡-P𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 H𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬 T𝐨 B𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 U𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞!

High Performance Habits are those which we NEED to have in order to become a 'High Performer.'

So right now, the bridge between you & your success could simply be your daily habits. So below are 5 high performance habits to help you become unstoppable!

1.     Wake up at the same time every day - Your body is like a clock. Waking up at the same time daily will allow your body to start waking up with Energy!

2. MITS Morning Routine - Create ‘3 most important tasks.’ Not a to-do list. This will allow you to be more productive and less overwhelmed.

3. EOD Report & Evening Routine - Create an ‘End of day report,’ with questions that allows you to roll out of bed every morning and already know what you need to do for the next day.

4. Sleep - Get to bed in time and create a nighttime routine that work for you! Stay away from work and technology 60 minutes before bed.

5. Exercise - Exercise increases your energy levels & obviously is good for your physical, mental & emotional health.
