However regionally, North Texas saw active listings increase by 26.2 percent compared to last year. There were plenty of new listings in places like Collin County (a 17.6 percent increase), Denton County (36.4 percent), Ellis County (74.3 percent), Grayson County (61.7 percent), and Tarrant County (10.5 percent).
