I believe resilience is something that you
experience and learn from. Not something you are born with.
If you're a business owner or
entrepreneur, resilience will get you out of those tough times where all you
want to do is give up.
One of the high-performance habits I teach
and have adapted into my life is putting resilience into action daily.
We all know there are highs and lows
to success and as long as you keep moving forward and pushing the boundaries
you will ALWAYS experience good days and bad days, highs and lows win and
loses.
“If
you're not creating problems, you're not creating any opportunities.”
BUT…If you have a low or a ‘bad day’
or something didn't work, you CAN NOT stay down forever because we all know
where that leads to?
Nowhere!
You may feel depressed, anxious,
sad, annoyed, angry or even defeated when you're going through a low of
success.
But this is the time you NEED to
push!
✔️ Push to get back on top!
✔️ Push to create a new plan and try again
until you win!
✔️ Push until you can breathe again & see
clearly.
I use the sink or swim analogy.
You start on top of the water, and
everything is fine.
You try to swim in a different
direction to see if it could be a faster route.
A big wave forces you to sink to the
bottom of the ocean.
You struggle to breathe or maybe
think it's all over.
If you give up you go nowhere.
If you keep pushing, you have a
chance to get back up on top!
It’s faith that keeps you going.
Your desire to never give up.
And to swim when you're at the
bottom and to get back up on top asap.

1️⃣Get in
touch and understand the emotions you experience when you feel defeated or at
your lowest point of success.
2️⃣Create a plan to get back up on top.
3️⃣Implement this plan, say your
affirmations, visualise, pray and surround yourself with the right people.
