CMS releases new information on unwinding flexibilities granted to states

Today, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a new chart that provides greater transparency into the work that CMS and states have engaged in to prepare for the unwinding period after the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) ends. Specifically, this chart outlines the approved section 1902 (e)(14) waiver flexibilities that CMS has granted to states.
