Set on one task & doing it well.If you're one of those people who keep pushing down your most important tasks to the bottom of your to-do list because it’s either a hard task or you don't know what you have to do because you don't have an action plan, you most probably are a big procrastinator. The thing is, you should never have a long to-do list, it should be all task related and scheduled like appointments. So, try this exercise to 10 x your productivity and get rid of procrastination for good!1️⃣Write all the tasks you need to get done in the next 7 days from most important/urgent to the least urgent. 2️⃣Now find a time in your calendar for an hour or so a day where you can smash out ONE of these tasks each day. Try your best to find a time where you can eliminate all distractions. 3️⃣From now on, you pick ONE task from that sheet to work on and do it well. Starting with your first urgent task. Not all 10 tasks in one day as we know they will probably not get done. If you have more than 3 MITS (Most important tasks) for each day It can get overwhelming. So what do you do if you have 5 things due in one day? That's when you have to learn to manage your time and use the same method as above but in a daily format.
