Fall seminar to provide information on Mild
Cognitive Impairment
|

Approximately
15% of people age 60 or older are living with MCI and more
than 80% of Americans know little or are not familiar with
MCI, which can be an early stage of Alzheimer's. Join us for
this virtual seminar on Nov 17 to learn more about Mild Cognitive
Impairment, the importance of early detection and dianogis,
the latest updates in research and more. Complimentary CEUs
are offered for social workers, LPCs and nurses.

Hispanic/Latino Caregiver Conference coming to
Dallas in December
|

The
Alzheimer's Association is working with area partners in
Dallas to provide, 'Esperanza para Mañana,' a local caregiver
conference that will focus on tips for caring for loved ones
and provide free resources for family caregivers. Program
will be on Saturday, December 3 from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM at
the West Dallas Multipurpose Center. Program provided in
