Integrity Acquires Insurance Marketplace Agency
Integrity Marketing Group has
entered into an agreement to acquire Insurance Marketplace Agency, an IMO based
in Portland, Oregon. As part of the acquisition, Dianne Faligowski, CEO, will
become a Managing Partner at Integrity.
