Circ. Skeptical Of Hospital Challenge To COVID 'Hero Pay'

Circuit panel struggled Monday with a California hospital's bid to invalidate
Culver City's so-called hazard pay ordinance requiring it to give certain
workers a temporary raise, questioning how the proposal interfered with any
negotiations or existing labor contracts.
