Guidance Tackles ACA Preventive Care Ruling

The U.S.
Department of Labor and three other agencies unveiled guidance Thursday for
employer group health plans and insurers, responding to a recent court decision
blocking the U.S. government from enforcing an Affordable Care Act provision
requiring coverage for preventive treatments, including cancer and diabetes
screenings.
