A Maine Superior Court judge ordered...
...Republican Gov. Paul
LePage's administration to move forward with the state's Medicaid expansion,
which was passed through public referendum in the November 2017 elections.
There are currently 261,744 people receiving Medicaid benefits in Maine. The
state has already missed an April deadline to submit its expansion plans to
CMS.
