UnitedHealthcare, Inc. entered into an agreement to buy...

...Louisiana-based Medicare Advantage insurer Peoples Health. The purchase will boost United's Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plan markets in Louisiana by 485.24%, adding 62,746 lives. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
