CMS last month approved Maryland's...
...State Innovation Waiver
under section 1332 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which will create a
reinsurance program to lower individual premium rates on the state's health
insurance marketplace. Currently, 140,685 people are enrolled in individual and
SHOP plans on Maryland's exchange.
