CMS reports that just over 372,000 people have...
...signed up for coverage in
the first week of open enrollment on HealthCare.Gov, down from about 600,000
last year. This may point to fewer exchange enrollees in 2019. Currently,
national exchange enrollment is up 17.4% from 2017, to 11.3 million lives.
