For one month each year, the SHOP minimum participation rate is waived! Take advantage of this opportunity between November 15 and December 15 to enroll in Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP)  coverage WITHOUT meeting the minimum participation rate (MPR) requirement.  In most states, at least 70% of employees offered SHOP coverage must accept the offer, or have other qualifying coverage, before the small business can enroll.  Need assistance with SHOP coverage?
