...the state of Virginia, which began enrolling newly-eligible residents Nov. 1. Currently, the state enrolls 852,770 managed Medicaid lives, 71,946 CHIP lives and 48,195 remain eligible for Medicaid fee-for-service. An additional 400,000 people are now estimated to be eligible for the program.
