Voters in three historically red states on Tuesday passed...

...ballot initiatives to expand Medicaid to residents living at less than 133% of the federal poverty line. The move could bring coverage to about 300,000 people the three states combined. Idaho currently enrolls 277,892 Medicaid eligibles, Nebraska 243,632 and Utah 302,194.
