The  SHOP Minimum Participation Rate Is Still Waived!

Take advantage of this opportunity to enroll in Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) coverage WITHOUT meeting the minimum participation rate (MPR) requirement.  There are two ways to enroll in SHOP coverage: Contact your insurance company: You can sign up directly with a private insurance company that offers a SHOP plan. If you’re using the See SHOP Plans and Prices tool on HealthCare.gov, you may want to write down the plan details to have handy when you contact the insurance company. Work with a SHOP-registered agent or broker. Find one near you. Using your current agent or broker? Make sure they’re authorized to sell SHOP health insurance.
