A federal appeals court in New Orleans last week took up the...

v. United States that declared the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
unconstitutional, which, if upheld, could leave health coverage for millions in
jeopardy. As of the first quarter of 2019, 11,456,261 people are currently
enrolled in exchange plans, and analysts estimate that about 20 million people
are insured through programs created by the law.
