UnitedHealthcare is set to purchase...

...Virginia-based insurer Piedmont Community Health Plan's Medicare Advantage (MA) business. Piedmont currently enrolls 4,883 MA lives. The sale will boost United's Virginia MA business by 6.2%, to 84,184 lives.
