TDI extends
comment period for draft mental health parity rule
The
Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has extended the comment deadline
on the draft rule on enforcement of mental health parity to 5 p.m. July
10. The draft rule includes requirements for data and analyses that
health plans must maintain and submit to TDI.
TDI
will have an informal meeting via conference call at 2 p.m. June 30.
