CDC data show racial gap in COVID-19 hospitalizations
The latest data from the CDC show Black, Native American and
Hispanic people with COVID-19 had about a fourfold higher risk of being
hospitalized compared with their white counterparts. The findings were based on
data from 70,825 COVID-19 hospitalizations reported to the CDC between March 1
and Nov. 7.
