Study: Drinking too much coffee may lead to CVD
A study in Clinical
Nutrition found that adults who drink six or more cups of coffee per
day over the long term have higher amount of lipids in their blood -- which
contributes to a higher risk of cardiovascular disease -- compared with those
who drank less coffee. The findings, based on data from 362,571 adults, may be
of particular clinical importance to individuals with high cholesterol, the
researchers said.
