AHIP lauds bill allowing telehealth by phone for MA

AHIP welcomed a bill recently revived in the House that would allow health care providers to provide audio-only telehealth services for Medicare Advantage subscribers. The Ensuring Parity in MA and PACE for Audio-Only Telehealth Act would reduce health disparities among members caused by poor access to technology and broadband internet service, AHIP said.
