Mammography Use and Breast Cancer Incidence Among Older U.S. Women examines recent national data on mammography screening use and breast cancer incidence and stage at diagnosis among women aged 65 years and older. This study points to areas for further investigation such as systemic reasons why older women are or are not screened and provider communications with older women about screening.
