Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans! 

On March 29, the Texas Veterans Land Board saluted all Members of the active-duty Military during the Vietnam era.

It was a difficult time for all Military Members, regardless of location, and, in 2007, Congress recognized that fact by authorizing a program to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War.

VSO = Veteran's one-stop shop

Every Texas county has a VSO or partners with a nearby county to offer Texas Veterans basically a one-stop shop for help and information.

Veteran Service Officers are VA-accredited to help Veterans with their claims from health care to pensions. They’re also experts on survivor’s benefits.
