Milley pushes back on stolen weapons report, pledges transparency to Congress

Army Gen. Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said service records submitted to him since The Associated Press published its report on Tuesday appear to contradict the news agency’s findings that at least 1,900 military weapons were lost or stolen during the 2010s.
