FDA News

On September 20, the U.S. FDA granted an accelerated approval to the antibody-drug conjugate tisotumab vedotin for a subset of patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer. On September 29, it granted approval to the anti-EGFR antibody cetuximab for a subset of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. On October 1, it approved the CAR T cell therapy brexucabtagene autoleucel for a subset of patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
