Health can continue to offer gender-affirming care for at least another year. A 14-day
temporary restraining order was due to expire Thursday, but both sides agreed
to an injunction that will allow Dr. Ximena Lopez to operate the GENECIS Clinic
until next April, when her lawsuit against UT Southwestern goes to trial, her
lawyers said.
