Summer is in full swing, and heat waves are crossing the
globe. But don’t sweat it! If you’re looking for some effective and

Business Insider. The outlet spoke to two scientists, who recommended
sticking your hands and/or feet in cold water when body temperatures are
up. On top of that, eating lighter meals and regularly drinking H2O are
also recommended. “It's better to sip water throughout the day rather
than drink large volumes at a time,” one physiology lecturer said. In
addition to keeping yourself and loved ones healthy and hydrated, be sure to
care for your furry companions — who are also susceptible
to overheating — with some hot weather safety tips.
