Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Department of Health and Human Services leadership co-authored a recent blog post, which highlighted accelerating efforts to reduce the risk of, and to treat, Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD), as well as addressing health disparities and inequities in ADRD diagnosis, care, and services.

Virtual Symposium: Early Detection of Dementia

The BOLD Public Health Center of Excellence is hosting a free virtual symposium, Public Health Action to Advance Early Detection of Dementia, from October 25 to October 27. This three-part program will have interactive workshops where participants can share dementia detection goals and efforts with peers to identify areas for collaboration and improvement.
