Today, the Centers for
Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released a new set of COVID-19 Public
Health Emergency (PHE) Unwinding Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on
Medicaid.gov. These FAQs provide answers to queries CMS has received
regarding guidance to support state efforts to unwind the continuous
enrollment condition and other COVID-19 temporary authorities in Medicaid and
CHIP after the PHE ends. |
