The Trump administration may soon move to...
...eliminate safe-harbor
protections for prescription rebates in Medicare Part D plans in an effort to
reduce overall drug costs. Nearly 25 million people are currently enrolled in a
stand-alone Part D plan, while an additional 18.5 million lives receive Part D
benefits through a Medicare Advantage or Special Needs Plan.
